Associate members shall be individuals who have an interest in serving, but are not qualified or do not wish to be active members or drivers. Associate members will have the right to vote, attend meetings, discuss matters of the Squad, hold office except that of a line officer, and participate in committee activities.

An associate member must be certified in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) to the level of the professional rescuer by either the American Heart Association, or the American Red Cross.
